Danbury, CT (August 6, 2024) — The Eversource Energy Foundation has awarded United Way of Coastal and Western Connecticut a $74,500 charitable grant to support initiatives addressing critical community needs.
DANBURY, CT (June 14, 2024)—United Way of Coastal and Western Connecticut announced the election of a new board member and its slate of officers for the coming year. The Board of Directors is comprised of local community leaders who work together to govern and strategically guide the organization, while providing expertise and perspective on a regional level to drive solutions to meet community needs.

(November 9, 2023) — United Way of Coastal and Western Connecticut (UWCWC) and the Connecticut Social Equity Council (SEC) announced grant funding for 57 non-profit projects in Bridgeport and Stamford that uplift community and strengthen families disproportionately affected by the War on Drugs.
